I don’t know who was asleep on the job, but all the Tri-tip roasts were tagged as Beef Round Top Round Roasts and really cheap($3.59/lb)
These are awesome for many different preparations.
Marinate or dry-rub them
Grill and/or broil/roast them.
Slice against the grain like a london broil, but so much better.
This will surely die quickly once the mistake has been caught.
