Allergy Rewards Terms & Conditions
You must register in order to qualify for program benefits.
Limit of three (3) Allergy Rewards $20 Rite Aid certificates per household.
Allergy Rewards Program offer valid only on Rite Aid in-store and online purchases made from February 28, 2010 to August 28, 2010.
Purchases made at any other retailers are not valid for the program.
You may enter as many receipts as you like during the program period.
All qualifying receipts must be submitted online at riteaid.com by September 28, 2010.
Offer good only on ZYRTEC and BENADRYL ALLERGY OTC products carried at Rite Aid Pharmacy.
BENADRYL topical anti-itch first aid products do not qualify for this program.
All receipts must be dated between February 28, 2010 to August 28, 2010.
Substitutions or rainchecks are not honored.
Returned products will not be honored for offer.
$75 purchase requirement is determined before sales tax, is calculated less any coupon discounts and excludes the purchase of prescriptions and prescription co-pays.
Once reaching $75 purchase requirement, a $20 Rite Aid Certificate will be mailed to you within 4-6 weeks of request.
This program is valid for on-line participation only; mail-in submissions will not be accepted.
You must be 18 years of age or older to participate in the Allergy Rewards Program.
Rite Aid Certificates must be used prior to expiration date and will not be replaced if not redeemed prior to expiration.
Certificates are not redeemable for cash, may not be returned, and will not be replaced if lost or stolen.

Rite Aid reserves the right to modify or terminate the Allergy Rewards Program without notice.
Use of a fictitious name/address other than your own is prohibited by law. You may be required to submit proof of your name and address.
