I went to one of my local SRs (New City NY) and found that…
the Froot Loops & Apple Jacks packages had a “peelie” coupon on it (note: IT MUST BE PEELED BY CASHIER) which was $1 off THAT box. So you start out with cereal that’s costing you $1 per box.
After I checked out and came home, I found that I got:
- a SR coupon for a free SR canvas grocery bag
- a SR coupon for $3 off my next order
AND…
- a Kellogg’s coupon for $4 off my next order!!!
So, I paid $4 today, but am getting $7 off my next order and a “free” (you end up paying tax 4 it) SR canvas bag!
NOTE: the Kellog’s coupon says “between 2/10 and 3/10 if you buy

Needless to say, I’m going to go back b4 the week ends to get more cereal (even though we have a lot in the house because my 12 yr olds go through it fast)!! Even my hubby was impressed!!!
