My shoprite (northern NJ) had what i think is a pretty good deal today on 3M Filtrete 1000 furnace filters. They had select sizes only, but they were marked from 12.xx down to 6.59…what made the deal great was that some packages had an instant $2 off sticky coupon on the front from the manufacturer. So it made the total $4.59 after the sale + coupon. Not every one of the filters had the sticky coupon, but a bunch of them did.
It had a regular Shoprite sale tag, not manager’s special or anything, but i could not find the deal in the circular, so YMMV. In my store the filters were in a floor display near the bakery / ice cream cases in the section where they often put some of the bulky seasonal items
